In Beijing, Donghuamen night market and Wangfujing Dajie are the best place to find a great assortment. From sea horses to cicadas, everything has become fair game here. But, there's a reason for all this - each morsel is believed to have specific health benefits. So, in an effort to become a citizen of the world, here's the guide to the weird and wonderful world of Chinese street food in Beijing.
